I offer in-depth psychotherapy for adolescents and adults.This framework offers an individualized and deep way of understanding and working through the difficulties, issues, or problems which present themselves. Therapy is typically long term in its nature which allows for the necessary time to develop a meaningful relationship and a safe space in which substantial and significant work can be done.

 

I work with people who present with a variety of issues including; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjustment difficulties, grief, and trauma. 

 

Sessions are at least once weekly and are charged within medical aid rates.
